Important Information

• Deposits are non-refundable.
• Remaining payments are due on the scheduled payment dates.
• Transportation to and from New Orleans is not included.
• Airfare, airport transportation, and personal spending money are the responsibility of each attendee.
• A detailed itinerary, packing guide, and additional information will be emailed to attendees before the retreat.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Deposits are non-refundable.
• Refunds apply to remaining payments only and are based on the cancellation date:
• On or before Dec. 31, 2026: 100% refund
• Jan. 1 – Feb. 15, 2027: 75% refund
• Feb. 16 – Mar. 15, 2027: 50% refund
• Mar. 16 – Apr. 14, 2027: 25% refund
• On or after Apr. 15, 2027: No refunds

As the retreat approaches, funds are used to secure accommodations, activities, swag, and other retreat expenses, making refunds unavailable after April 15.

READtreat is intentionally designed to be small and intimate so every attendee has the opportunity to build genuine connections and enjoy a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere.

Once all spaces have been filled, registration will officially close.
